What’s On! Spring Racing Guide And The New AAMI Marquee

Your handy guide to what’s happening during the Spring Racing Carnival as well as some details on the new AAMI Marquee.

You might’ve seen snaps of the cool new bright pink AAMI marquee all over the internet at the Morphetville Racecourse.

It’s been introduced as the hottest place to be on the Champagne Lawns this Spring Racing season.

Well, good news punters, whilst Melbourne Cup Day requires purchasing a spot to hang in the marquee, November 3rd Derby Day is letting all general admission to enjoy the hot spot.

This marquee will provide the perfect backdrop to the Lawn Party and it opens out to a smaller terrace area – complete with umbrellas, indoor and outdoor seating and a private bar.

Also exciting for the fashionista’s who want their iconic outfit preserved on more than just an Iphone x, there’s also The Fashion Booth.

A first of its kind digital photo booth, mirrored on all sides (outside and in) that’ll showcase your carefully constructed ensemble from all flawless angles.

AAMI Victoria Derby Day – Saturday 3rd November

Enjoy a full day of live racing on the track. Watch the Derby Day races streamed live from Flemington and check out the new AAMI Marquee. Entertainment present in the form of Dylan Smith, Dusty Lee, hit107 DJ and Borna V Dancespace.

AAMI Melbourne Cup Day – Tuesday 6th November

The biggest race day of the year is at the Morphettville Racecourse where you’ll see a new chapter in the history of the races. This is definitely a day to enjoy with a package and here are a few of the best ones!
