What’s Better Than A Banh Mi? A Free Banh Mi, Thanks To EatClub

We have all the details on how to get your hands on a free banh mi this week.

Australian start-up, EatClub, launched last week in Adelaide – an app backed by Marco Pierre White, which gives diners access to last minute deals, and helps venues fill empty seats.

As a first week celebration, in collaboration with Banh Mi on Grenfell Street, they’re giving away 100 free banh mis for new EatClub members on Wednesday November 28.

From 11am onwards, you can choose from a roast pork, chicken, beef, or Momma Vinny’s Marinated Tofu banh mi – so hopefully a banh mi to accommodate for all banh mi lovers.

All of their meats are slow-cooked in house, they pickle their own carrots and make their own butter, pâté and pork crackling. And what’s a banh mi without a good roll of fresh daily-delivered bread?

All you need to do to get around a free banh mi is:

  1. Download and open your EatClub app just before 11am on Wednesday November 28.
  2. Navigate to Banh Mi on EatClub’s interactive map.
  3. Be one of the first 100 people to redeem a ‘Free Banh Mi’ deal.
  4. Send through your booking details.
  5. Head down to Banh Mi to pick up your free lunch.

Once you have the app, you’ll be able to access deals of up to 50% off at venues across town. Adelaide venues already on board include Electra House, 2KW, Propaganda, Burgastronomy, Midnight Spaghetti, A Hereford Beefstouw, Jack Greens, Belgian Beer Cafe, Thanh Thanh Vietnamese, Caffiend Coffee Company and Hello Sarnie – so keep an eye out for some crazy good deals.

The app allows restaurants to push out live deals, nominating the amount of tables available, the discount on offer and the available time period. Customers can then redeem the deals via the app, in real-time, and eat out at a substantial discount.

You can find Banh Mi at 2/25 Grenfell St, Grenfell Plaza, Adelaide. For more information about the event, head to EatClub’s website.

The EatClub app is available to download on the App Store and Google Play.
