Say ‘Hello Harry’ To Glenelg’s Newest Burger Bar!

Queensland’s Hello Harry Burger Bar set to open first SA franchise.

For those of us eating our way through the city’s best burger joints (guilty!), here’s the next one for the list.

Holdfast Bay Council has approved plans for the state’s first Hello Harry to take over the Bendigo Bank vacancy on Jetty Road, Glenelg.

Having first impressed diners on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Hello Harry has built a reputation for quality burgers and cold craft beers served in funky dining rooms across Australia.

Just a look at the menu has us salivating for a juicy, grass-fed beef burger, loaded chips, and something sweet to wash it down with (Nutella milkshake anyone?).

Not into meat? How about the Middle Eastern Chickpea burger? Packed with labna, pumpkin, onion, rocket and honey mustard, this is fancy dining at just $10 a pop.

That’s right, while jam-packed burgers tend to get a little pricey, Hello Harry pride themselves on maintaining a reasonable price point. We can’t find an excuse not to visit.

While we don’t yet know when the eatery is set to open, there are plans to extend the 50-seater burger bar onto Cowper Street, with approval for six outside tables.

Sitting in the sun, burger in one hand, wine in the other… We can picture it already!
