Work is underway on the largest apartment precinct in South Australia within the $1 billion Bowden development near Adelaide’s CBD.
The 354 Bowden precinct on the corner of Fourth and Gibson Streets is set on an enormous 5,000sqm and will feature 228 apartments in five separate buildings surrounding an internal resident courtyard garden.
Designed by local architect Hames Sharley, the five apartment buildings to be built include 354 On the Lane, 354 On Fifth, 354 On the Park East, 354 One the Park West and 354 On Gibson.
South Australian property groups Development & Advisory and Buildtec Group have partnered on the project.
The development overlooks Bowden Town Square and Plant 4, and all apartments meet a 5 Star Green Star standard and include open-plan layouts and high ceilings.
The first building, On the Lane, is scheduled to be complete in late 2019, closely followed by On Fifth a month later and On the Park in early 2020.
If you’re in the market, 354 Bowden has a limited stamp duty offer and will pay the added stamp duty cost on apartments, saving buyers up to $15,500 in place of the previous government Off The Plan stamp duty concession.
