A Pop-up Gin Garden Has Launched In Adelaide’s CBD

There’s no doubt about it, Electra House is already a mecca for gin lovers, and from this weekend, things are going to get even more gin-tastic.

There’s no doubt about it, Electra House is already a mecca for gin lovers, and from this weekend, things are going to get even more gin-tastic.

Bombay Sapphire are taking over Electra House’s ground floor outdoor area for a gin-fulled takeover – and they’re turning the whole space Bombay blue!

Running from January 11, the takeover will run right through festival season right until the end Fringe.

Everything will be blue, from the windows to the cushions and table tops, even the glassware, and the whole back bar will be lined with Bombay Sapphire bottles.

On the drinks menu, you’ll be able to find plenty of Bombay cocktails, including bespoke Bombay spritzes, plus a special Bombay and tonic matched list.

The garden will be open to the public Tuesday to Saturday from 11am, plus every two weeks or so they will host ticketed events, from gin and food matching events, to gin masterclasses, gin talks, and gin blending.

Really love your gin? Splash out by booking a booth with bottle service, and you’ll get a visit from the custom-built gin cart! The beautiful, two-tiered blue and bronze cart will bring the Bombay drinks to you, complete with matched tonics.

If you’ve got a special event coming up, from a birthday to hens party or anything in between, they are also offering special packages (that will also get you visits from the gin cart!) Cheers to that.

They’re still finalising all the event details, but keep an eye on Electra House’s Facebook page for more details.
