NEW BARS

The Stag Public House. Oliver Brown, Jamie Huffman, Justin Penman, and Josh Talbot have revamped and resurrected the historic hotel, (which dates back to 1849), and given her a slightly new name. Craft beer and whiskey enthusiasts Ollie and Josh, have already established the damn good name of NOLA right next door, so we’re sure The Stag Public House is in very capable hands. Find out all the details here.

The Noble Gentleman. Set to shake up the small bar scene in Adelaide, The Noble Gentleman is a small bar-style venue that essentially will be the CBD’s cellar door. Pan & Vine Pizza & Wine Bar. With wine in its name, we thought we’d also throw this into the new bar section. Now open on King William Street, Pan and Vine is the new venue by brothers Luke and Anthony Savas. After honing their skills at the West Beach Pizza Bar and working with dough for more than a decade, the brothers are going out on their own for the funky pizza and cocktail spot.
