Wine lovers, we need your help! Vinomofo is calling all of the wine enthusiasts, casual drinkers and sneaky tipple-ers to lend a hand and help out with the Homeless Grapes Project, Saturday, 18 March 2017.
The project works together with the best in the industry to create a local South Australian wine each year with 100% of the proceeds going to the Hutt Street Centre in support of their vital projects to help Adelaide’s homeless people.
With the 2016 vintage Shiraz about to be released to customers, the project needs help from the Adelaide public picking the grapes for the 2017 vintage. Picking will occur at the old Potters Clay Vineyard in McLaren Vale on Saturday 18 March 2017 and volunteers of all ages are welcome.
Local resident and Vinomofo CEO, Andre Eikmeier said it’s a great opportunity for the Adelaide public to get involved in a worthy cause that helps so many local people.
Award-winning winemaker, Alexia Roberts from Penny’s Hill has been confirmed as the new winemaker for the 2018 vintage.
Volunteers of all ages are welcome and will be treated to an amazing experience for a brilliant local cause.
