Vegan Greek Street Food Stall To Hit Adelaide Central Markets

Ever wanted to try some Greek vegan goodness? Well now you can! Staazi & Co will be serving up their usual street food, plus a whole lot more plant-based traditional Greek dishes, straight from their mama’s kitchen.
Staazi & Co will set up a stall at the Adelaide Central Market next week as part of the Producer in Residence program. They’ll be serving up vegan treats including yiros, loaded fries and baklava at the Market from Tuesday August 7 to Saturday, August 25.

All of their meals are made without the use of any animal products, inclusive of meat, milk, cheese, butter, cream and eggs. Their ingredients are 100% plant based.

Staazi & Co are confident they can change any preconception you may have that being vegan is limiting. Their food is glorious, it’s green, and it’s Greek. Really, what more could you want?
