Plant 4 is hosting wine yoga, so you can downward dog, then down a glass of vino.
On Sunday November 18, Plant 4 is teaming up with Wine for Yoga Lovers for Yoga, Wine, Yes Please – an afternoon of wine, stretching and laughter.
The arvo starts with a relaxed yoga session hosted by Sara from The Om Studio.
Then it’s time for wine tasting, by Wine for Yoga Lovers, plus live music and food by My Grandma Ben. More wine will also be available by the glass or bottle.
Tickets are $30 – click here to buy them. You just have to take your own yoga mat.
