Exciting news, everybody! If you love clubbing and dancing along to the greatest party anthems of our generation (all the while getting ultra fit and toned), then you’re in luck, because the first ever Clubbercise pop-up event in Adelaide will be happening TONIGHT! Here is everything you need to know.

Held at HQ Complex from 6.30pm until 7.30pm, this Clubercise class will be taught in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks. Complimenting this will be a soundtrack of old and new club hits. So yes, it may just happen that you will be transported back to your youthful days (or even simply last week) when you were the life of the party at a city nightclub, dancing the night away.

The classes are a fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high and low impact options for all fitness levels. It is said that this one hour session burns around 600 calories.

Born in the UK in 2014, Clubbercise has grown from a single class started by three friends to become one of the biggest concepts to hit the fitness industry.

There are roughly 80,000 people taking regular classes with more than 2,000 instructors across the UK, Europe and Asia and now, Australia.

Founder Claire Burlison Green says, “Like many people work and family commitments mean we don’t go clubbing as much as we used to and we like finding fun ways to keep fit, so we decided to combined all of the highs of a night out with a healthy workout.”

How does this sound, Adelaide? Are you ready to be transformed by the idea of clubbing and exercising? We most certainly are. See you there!
