Crediting their growth to releasing new products while simultaneously forging relationships with new distributors, Sheree juggles the family business with a family of her own.

The now famous Udder Delights Cheese Cellar Door in Hahndorf also backs onto her family home that she shares with her husband Saul, and two daughters who she notes as her greatest achievements.

Since Udder Delights opened its doors 16 years ago, the business has matured in leaps and bounds reaching $4 million in turnover. A massive 1,500 square metre cheese factory is also currently in construction and scheduled to finish this Spring; a mere signpost of the growth to come.

Udder Delights Group Pty Ltd has underpinned its Adelaide Hills’ based business on the quality and value of their hand made artisan goat and cow milk cheeses – which are now sold nationwide through independent supermarkets and daily at the Udder Delights Cheese Cellar in Hahndorf.

Sheree hopes to enthuse LOEW attendees with her savvy and sassy approach to business – openly sharing her surprising business story and all the hard knock lessons learnt along the way.

She adds, “I am excited to share my experiences. As women entrepreneurs I find we like to talk through issues, we are team players and thrive in supportive and inspirational environments like the League.”

“I was lucky I found what I love to do so young, my driving force now is to just keep doing it really well, and keep getting better at business,” says Sheree.

Jess Appleby – League of Extraordinary Women SA Crusader says, “We are delighted to welcome such a successful and likeminded business woman in Sheree as our speaker.”

“Many of our League members aspire to release their own products and brands and are excited to know how Sheree has grown Udder Delights to what it is today.”

The LOEW is one of the most exciting and inspiring groups for young female entrepreneurs in Australia. Founded in 2011, four young business women Sarah Riegelhuth (Wealth Enhancers), Sheryl Thai (Cupcake Central), Liz Atkinson (Zest Possibilities) and Marie Cruz-De Vera (The Style Co) joined forces to launch the LOEW which now holds events nationally. Their landmark “Run The World” event saw ten successful Australian and New Zealand female entrepreneurs some including Naomi Simson of RedBalloon, Kristina Karlsson from kikki.K, Prue Macsween of Verve Communications, and fashion designer Annah Stretton address 250 passionate females in attendance at the first one day all female entrepreneur conference ever held in Australia.

Each month, the LOEW will hold monthly events in Adelaide and around the country where successful business owners will share their story, tips and passion for what they do.

LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY WOMEN

The League of Extraordinary Women started in 2011. As young women all with companies of their own, founders Sarah Riegelhuth (Wealth Enhancers) and Sheryl Thai (Cupcake Central) started holding small monthly events in Melbourne where they could connect with women also running their own businesses, the events were a great success and they discovered a community of likeminded women looking for the same support network. Liz Atkinson (Zest Possibilities) and Marie Cruz-De Vera (The Style Co) joined Sarah and Sheryl and together formed the League of Extraordinary Women which has now expanded to Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, and Adelaide, with launches set in Perth and Hobart in 2014. Last year the national event “Run The World” saw ten successful Australian and New Zealand female entrepreneurs some including Naomi Simson of RedBalloon, Kristina Karlsson from kikki.K, Prue Macsween of Verve Communications, and fashion designer Annah Stretton address 250 passionate females in attendance at the first one day all female entrepreneur conference ever held in Australia.
