As if we couldn’t be more excited for Fringe 2019 we’ve gotten more good news. Joining iconic Russian feminist punk rock band, Pussy Riot as one of the 2019 Adelaide Fringe Festival’s Croquet Club (which has been rebranded to RCC Fringe) headliners is The Presets. After a break, during which we missed the boys, Kim and Julian are going to be touring to support their new album ‘High Viz’. https://www.instagram.com/p/BrcZIk5Hsdf/ In a sneaky post on RCC Fringe’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, we’ve got a hard date of March 1st. The concert will be a part of RCC Fringe’s Dusk Till Dawn concerts on the Barr Smith & Math Lawns of the University of Adelaide. Pussy Riot will be headlining as well as performing their critically acclaimed show ‘Riot Days’. In a world first, three key members of Pussy Riot will be on stage together to present their story in a performance of film and music. https://www.instagram.com/p/BqrgDOen5ge/
March is looking super intense in the best of ways. Alongside the line up for Superloop Adelaide 500, during Fringe some standout musicians are going to be performing for Adelaide.
Grab your tickets for Pussy Riot asap as they’re sure to be a sellout. Dusk Till Dawn go by no pre-sale tickets so if you head there before 9 you’re in free, otherwise it’ll cost you $15 at the door. We can only assume there’ll be a line so head in early.
