The Star Wars franchise has been lighting up our screens with their epic series for many years now. Forty-one years to be exact. And quite frankly, with every upcoming film, the force is still strong – as each film continues to tap into the ever-expanding story lines and iconic special effects. There’s no denying that whether or not you are a fan, you would be well-aware of the ground-breaking musical score. So what better way to celebrate and capture this transcending music and movie magic than with a Symphony Orchestra experience. Introducing: Star Wars: A New Hope In Concert.
The Adelaide Symphony Orchestra will be bringing Star Wars: A New Hope in Concert to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre this September, and we can’t wait. Suitable for all ages, this Adelaide Premiere will see Luke Skywalker begin a journey that will change the galaxy, as he leaves his home planet, battles the evil Empire and learns the ways of the Force. You know… as you do!
With Conductor Nicholas Buc brining his musical abilities to this Disney Production, we’re sure this will be a night that you must see! This Adelaide Premiere will see the complete movie played on a huge screen, with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra performing John Williams’s Oscar winning score LIVE and in time all around the stage. It will truly be an experience like no other. A moment of complete movie/music magic.
