The Foodprint Experience are permaculture based and make the effort to use native Australian ingredients including: lemon myrtle, muntrie, anise myrtle, salt bush and quandong.
They’re known to serve up local, ethical and sustainable food with a touch of native Australian twist.
You might recognise Melissa and her goodies from The Organic Market Corner Store and Plant for Bowden markets. Popular within the crowd were her famous Kangaroo burgers and Vegan nachos.
Our signature kangaroo burger looking mighty tasty! Served with handmade lemon myrtle aioli, Muntrie chutney and local produce. We choose kangaroo as a sustainable meat alternative to beef. By reducing our consumption of meat overall and choosing options that are ethical and sustainable we can reduce our foodprints on the earth!
The Kangaroo burger is teamed with lemon myrtle aioli, muntrie chutney on an organic brioche. This dish showcases the sustainability of sourcing ingredients using some native Australian twist.
