Bearded folk, rejoice! It’s time for you to gather together, relax in a pro-beard environment and take in the best beard-related entertainment this country has to offer.
It’s all happening at The Beards Club, where Australia’s most beard-related band will transform the venue into a celebration of all things bearded.
After a sell-out show in The Speigeltent at the 2010 Adelaide Fringe, The Beards are ready to make The Beards Club bigger and better than ever.
It will be an evening of bearded anecdotes, video presentations, bearded special guests, and of course, The Beards’ infamous beard-related songs.
Those with a beard will be given special treatment, premium seats, and a chance to be waited on by non-bearded servants. Those without a beard may be singled out, ridiculed, and by the end of the night will most likely have decided to grow themselves a beard.
The Beards have established a strong cult following through 2010 with their relentless touring, festival appearances and their national radio and youTube hit, If Your Dad Doesn’t Have a Beard You’ve Got Two Mums.
The Beards Club is a chance for fans (and newcomers) to see The Beards in a whole new intimate and interactive setting, as the band takes their unbridled creativity to a whole new level. The Beards Club will be THE place to be at this year’s Fringe Festival!
