If you haven’t heard of this cult sensation food, you’re missing out. Now you can try it in the flesh at their new CBD cafe.

Cult sensation Sukha Life have been changing the game of food delivery services since they launched just last year with healthy meal plans their number one priority. If you haven’t heard of them by now you seriously must’ve been living under a rock. Lucky for you, you now have a chance to taste their delicious, nutritious food at their new bricks and mortar cafe, which has just opened on Hutt Street.

Owners Amy and Elle decided that it was time to create a retreat from all the city hustle and bustle in the form of a real-life Sukha Life. The cafe offers the perfect escape for anyone who wants a retreat from their week and this tranquil wonderland offers an ideal environment to catch up with a mate, sit and have a quiet coffee, or a simply have a chill workspace outside of the stuffy office.

Now, let’s talk about the menu.

The coffee beans in the caffeine machine are from Adelaide local roasters Elementary Coffee. A cup of Joe not your thing? All good, there’s a huge range of teas on the menu as well if they tickle your fancy.

To the most important part, the part you’ve all been waiting for: how’s the food? Well, the menu’s a collection of seasonal favourites from the Sukha Life delivery menu, meaning your favourite smoothie bowl is most likely going to make an appearance. With a collection of smoothie bowls and salads on offer packed to the brim with local produce and organic products, these babies are always made fresh daily. The cafe gives us all a glimpse into the delicious world that is delivered to straight to their customers’ doors, without the commitment of a weekly meal delivery.

Elle said about the new space ‘we wanted to create something that improves people’s lives and make more people feel amazing… we wanted to create a space where we can get to know the people walking through our doors’.

Initially beginning as a healthy meal delivery service catering to the time poor and health conscious, Sukha Life use fresh, seasonal produce to develop weekly plant-based menus that are delivered straight to your door. You can buy either these as one-off dishes or opt for a meal plan to suit 1, 3 and 5-day plans, as well as elixirs and detox teas.
