Have you always been meaning to take a barista course but never got around to it? You’re not alone! HG Coffee School are collaborating with World Latte Art Champion and fellow Aussie, Caleb Cha to bring a masterclass for all you latte art lovers.
Running from March 6th – 8th baristas have the opportunity to attend an exclusive free lecture on The Physics and Chemistry of Milk and attend hands-on latte art workshops with the world champion to build their skills in coffee art for a small fee.
Caleb snatched the Australian, and the World Latte Art crown in Gothenburg (Sweden) during 2015 utilising a creative combination of free-pouring milk and foam etching techniques and produced some unique and quirky designs including the caffeinated zebra, flirting peacock and love triangle.
The exclusive 3 hour Latte Art for Beginners and Advanced Latte Art Workshops with Caleb Cha are held on Tues, March 7th and Weds 8th at $185 per person. Places are limited and filling fast, so get in quick for a world class barista experience!
