Tap Takeovers are all the rage, with various venues around Adelaide jumping on board (think: NOLA, The Rob Roy or The Kensi). Quintessentially Australian (because what other country loves beer more than us?), it seems the perfect time to celebrate everything beer has given us is on Australia Day Eve.
The Warradale have all your long-weekend prayers answered, and have the ideal way to start off your Australia Day celebrations (a night early) with a bang, by bringing in Californian SLO Brew‘s gold medal-winning beers right to their taps for their Tap Heist.
The crew will be featuring 8 beers on The Warradale’s Flux Capacitor, including:
- Blueberry Blonde Ale
- Pismo Pils
- Mustang IPA
- Cali-Weisse Wheat
- Galaxy Pale Ale
- Coast to Coast NEIPA
- Gone Troppo IPA
- Cali-Squeeze Blood Orange Hefe
These incredible sounding brews will be matched with The Warradale chefs’ delicious food specifically created with the beers in mind, plus there’ll be some bangin’ tunes from 7 pm.
The peeps behind the tap takeover, SLO Brew, opened their doors in 1988 and have remained one of California’s longest standing brewpubs. Their hand-crafted microbrews, quality dining, and world-class entertainment have made SLO Brew a pivotal component of the Central Coast.
Their history in brewing spans decades and includes numerous gold medal winning beers and the honor of being named “Brew Pub of the Year” at The Great American Beer Festival.
