As the Spring/Summer fashion season fast approaches, Westfield Marion aims to offer shoppers “Fashion Therapy.” This September focuses on a holistic approach to beauty and fashion in the day spa inspired style lounge, in centre from 6 – 11 September 2010.
The fashion therapy style lounge will be a hub for shoppers to unwind and experience free 15 minute fashion therapy sessions with Westfield stylists and beauty therapists and will include specialist style workshop sessions on Spring Racing therapy, Key Trend therapy, Jeans therapy, and 40+ style therapy.
The concept of “Fashion Therapy” is focused on making shoppers feel beautiful on the outside as well as the inside; providing an emotional transformation and educating them on how to be fashion ready for the season ahead.
Westfield Marion and SAFM’s breakfast team have also teamed up for the Spring Summer campaign to find three South Australian real models for the fashion parades at Westfield Marion on Thursday 30 September, showcasing Spring Summer’s hottest trends; modern military, monochrome, beige days, notice me prints, tribal, lace and tailored shorts.
Real sized models (SAFM listeners) will grace the catwalk at Westfield Marion to better connect with shoppers by showing them the latest Spring Summer trends and how they too could wear them.
SAFM Breakfast Announcer, Hayley Pearson says, “You don’t have to be a size eight or 20 years old to join me on the Westfield catwalk. We want real Adelaide women to be a part of the parade and represent all our SAFM listeners.”
Westfield Personal Stylist, Kylie Crabtree says, “Spring Summer 2010 is set to be an amazing season of fashion and beauty; my favourite trends in store are nude and the almost African inspired prints, it’s a real mix of feminine and tailored pieces.”
“Westfield is providing a truly unique experience for shoppers in the fashion therapy lounge; shoppers will be armed with on trend advice to assist them finding the perfect Spring Racing attire, pair of jeans or Spring Summer wardrobe staples, all for free,” says Crabtree.
