Hugh Hamilton Wines celebrated their 180th Bloodline Anniversary dinner with a stunning black-tie dinner on Saturday 14 October on the Adelaide Fashion Festival Runway. Mary and Hugh Hamilton hosted the dinner with maverick chef Simon Bryant who created an imaginative five-course dinner to match Hugh Hamilton’s signature wines.
