Soak Up The Last Of Spring With Food, Wine and Music At This Twilight Barossa Event

Before we say hello to summer, soak up the very last bit of spring in Barossa this Friday evening.

Before we say hello to summer, soak up the very last bit of spring in Barossa this Friday evening with Spring at Seppeltsfield.

Take the whole family to Seppeltsfield winery on Friday November 30, where they’re bringing together some of the best of the local region for a night of wine, food, craft, design and beauty, as the sun sets over Seppeltsfield’s iconic palm trees.

Seppeltsfield wine, FINO Seppeltsfield, JamFactory, Vasse Virgin, Owen Andrews Catering and Segway Sensation SA are all joining forces for the night.

It will be a one-off opportunity to enjoy the delicious creations from the FINO Seppeltsfield team, street-food style. They’ll be serving up their Fino Flatbreads with chicken or chargrilled vegetables, eggplant kasundi and yoghurt ($15).

Or there will also be food from Owen Andrew’s catering, using plenty of local Barossa produce, like hand-sliced, sugar-cured Atlantic salmon with citrus dressing and wild fennel from the local Greenock Creek ($12), or braised beef cheeks on a buttered herbed potato puree, red wine glaze and Seppeltsfield Road pickled palm dates ($16).

And of course, you can pair it with a glass or two of Seppeltsfield’s award winning-wines, or try their new Espresso Martawny cocktail made with Seppeltsfield Para Tawny.

You can even try out a segway, and book a discounted glide through the grapevines with Segway Sensation SA.

Spring at Seppeltsfield is on from 5-9pm, and entry is $10 per person, which includes a tasting glass, and kids 17 and under are free.

Limited tickets are available – you can buy them here – or find out more about the event here
