Rigoni’s Serves Up A Night Of Winter Reds and Truffles Galore

Adelaide favourite, Rigoni’s Bistro, is hosting a night of deliciousness titled Winter Reds and Truffle Degustation. The evening will feature some of Australia’s best black truffles sourced from Western Australia, Tasmania, Yarra Valley and (of course) South Australia, which represent some of the different and superior growing regions. Paired with the truffles will be a selection of wines provided by Dell’uva Wines.

ON ARRIVAL
Scrambled duck egg, blini & black truffle.
Slow roasted Boston bay pork shoulder & truffle croquettes.
Kangaroo Island scallop, Boston bay pancetta & black truffle.
Port Lincoln oyster with truffle & parmesan batter.
2017 Dell’uva Uva Loca Sparkling Pinot Noir Vermentino. 

1st Course
Port Lincoln snapper fillet with lemon-fennel salt, black truffle gribiche, extra virgin olive oil & chervil.
2017 Dell’uva Arinto.

2nd Course
Black Angus truffle bresaola with red wine candied tomatoes, horseradish foam, parsnip, watercress & veal aioli.
2016 Dell’uva Marsanne Roussanne Viognier.

3rd Course
Porcini mushroom linguini with abalone & shaved black truffle.
2013 Dell’uva Carmenere.

4th Course
Braised lamb rotolo, sticky balsamic, salted mandarin & bitter chocolate.
2013 Dell’uva Primotivo.

5th Course
Section 28 aged reserve Monforte with quince, beetroot & pear gel.
2012 Dell’uva Grenache.

The menu sounds exquisite and we love that Rigoni’s is showcasing some of South Australia’s best produce!
