Prospect Townhouse Development Has Launched

The recent announcement of the Prospect 1838 townhouses has been met with overwhelming interest as their first stage release for the development was held on site. Here’s what you need to know.

Adelaide is currently overflowing with housing options, particularly in and around the city. With an abundance of apartments on offer, the challenge for buyers, is to find developments that will deliver their homes on time and with all the specifications promised. Townhouses are also another option which deliver communities to the buyer, with land attached. Finding the right suburb is always the challenge however.

The recent announcement of the Prospect 1838 townhouses has been met with overwhelming interest as their first stage release for the development was held on site.

The 3 and 4 bedroom, three story townhouses will be part of a greater master planned community which sees the final empty block of land on Churchill Road complete. The community will have up to 120 townhouses, some apartments and commercial offerings.

Realis Property have been managing the sales and marketing for the development and Managing Director Steve Testar says it’s been a popular offering from the start.

“Ever since the signage went up around the development site on Churchill Road, we’ve been inundated with enquiries and interest in the development.”

The first stage release reflected the initial expressions of interest that Realis Property have been receiving. With over 70 groups through, and 15 sales, plus plenty of new interest, they expect to see Stage One sell out in the coming months.

Steve Testar says, “The townhouse offering and the price point with a Prospect address have been the main attractors, along with the local amenities, like the Prospect shopping district on Prospect Road, the Churchill Centre, the whole package really.

“Prospect as a suburb has been becoming more and more appealing over the last five years however there hasn’t been a lot of options on the market to allow people to enter the area. Previously there has mainly been more expensive, conventional villas for sale in Prospect, whereas these low maintenance townhouses with smaller footprints are more affordable, allowing people to get in to the suburb (and the school zones!).
