The new Royal Adelaide Hospital is on the cusp of opening with a September 2017 launch date, which will see our Health & Biomedical Precinct along North Terrace come to life. The South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) sits at the heart of the Precinct as South Australia’s first independent, flagship health and medical research institute. The University of Adelaide Health & Medical Sciences Building is also under construction. Team that with the city’s booming bar & restaurant scene, and ever-increasing after hours offerings, the endless festivals and entertainment, and the reasons to move into our CBD are forever growing.

Luckily for those of us who want to get amongst it, there are dozens of amazing apartment buildings under construction, or about to be developed, in and around the CBD.

To save you hours of driving around, we’ve put together a handy little guide to show you the highlights of each, their locations, and when they are expected to be completed, so you know how long you have to get your ducks in a row. There’s also a map at the bottom so keep scrolling.
