Online accounting company Xero is launching the ‘Xero for Startups’ program designed to support local entrepreneurs and help emerging Aussie start-up businesses manage their finances.
Collaborating with technology incubator Fishburners, ‘Xero for Startups’ gives entrepreneurs the power to make smart decisions by automating and simplifying accounting tasks, providing them with core business insights and giving them the time to focus on their business.
Managing Director of Xero Australia Chris Ridd said the program was part of Xero’s efforts to support entrepreneurial activity and champion small businesses.
“Small businesses are the backbone of the Australian economy,” said Ridd.
“Xero is a powerful tool for entrepreneurs to foster sustainable and successful businesses and we’re happy to provide value back to the startup community and support them any way we can.”
All start-up businesses in the Fishburner’s community will be given a free six-month subscriptions to Xero.
