The countdown to Adelaide’s landmark festival of Music and Dance is upon us, and this years spectacular lineup will feature over 500 performers from 25 countries over the four days of WOMADelaide. (Mar 7-10)

This year we are graced with acts including Lior, Arrested Development, Billy Bragg, Femi Kuti and Adelaide group Sitara, featuring the lovely Fowler sisters. Organisers have gone to amazing lengths to bring you an impressive array of entertainment, food, and cultural experiences including family friendly activities. There are also some practical inclusions such as the Internode Lounge  Internet hub with a free phone charging station, massages are available in the Healing Village, and of course the selection of bars to refresh the thirsty festival-goer.

WOMADelaide is the perfect medium to bring understanding of other cultures through music and dance, and has consistently grown and outdone itself year after year since its beginning in 1992.

No matter what your taste, Adelaide’s Botanic Gardens will come alive over the four days and reflect the sounds of the globe-and Adelaide surely knows how to put on a Festival!

If you can’t make the whole four days, then at least go for a day- you will not be disappointed.
