Juliet Moody and Catherine Crowley are Sparrow Folk, a comedic folk band who booked the Adelaide Fringe Festival as an excuse to escape their husbands and families for two weeks.

They are the only band in their niche music genre, GLAM FOLK, and recently released their debut album, The Fox and The Lark. The album featured their hit single ‘Ruin Your Day’, which attracted over half a million hits within two weeks and was featured on The Today Show, The Huffington Post, Upworthy and several national papers.
The ladies will be performing their show, ‘Nested Confessions’ at the Producers Bar from the 4th-16th of March, and are more than happy to discuss how their working holiday is panning out, what it feels like to have your breasts be at the centre of national discussion, and how they have ruined the Fringe with their woman bits so far.
