It’s that time of the year again ladies. Tickets have just gone on sale for the (always sold out) Ladies Day on Tour for 2017. The amazing day out includes a mix of fabulous fashion, delectable food and wine, visits to Adelaide beautiful regions, great hosts and access to the Tour Down Under races.
After smashing sell outs in 2015/16, Ladies Day on Tour will return to Santos Tour Down Under in 2017 for two fun-filled days of bubbles, food and fashion. On Wednesday, January 18th, travel through Stirling to Paracombe and on Saturday, January 21st, tour McLaren Vale.
It’s the ultimate ladies TDU experience with a perfect mix of visits to our superb local fashion stores, watching the cyclists zip past, plus a sumptuous lunch at the Stirling Hotel on Wednesday and the Salopian Inn on Saturday. Adelaide’s fabulous local designer, Liza Emanuele, is back and for the first time, accessories designer Tiff Manuel will get involved, by opening up her studio to the Wednesday’s Ladies Day on Tour.
You’ll be part of the cycling action with a walk-through of the official start line, view the start from a reserved area to see the riders go past, then travel up to the stage finish to enjoy lunch at the Stirling Hotel or Salopian Inn. The Saturday experience will see lunch served after a morning of fashion by the seaside with a visit to Miss Gladys on Sea in Aldinga before the race begins.
Your ticket takes care of a full day’s entertainment, the only thing you’ll have to do is dress to impress and be ready to go from the Hilton Adelaide. Tickets at $150 per person, per day, and are selling fast, so if you’re interested you’ll have to book soon.
