This Valentine’s Day, The Brasserie at Hilton Adelaide are taking its gourmet Seriously South Australian tasting plate to the next level.

The Brasserie has developed an exclusive six course menu, designed to share with a Valentine, offering delicate flavours and a stunning presentation to make the senses truly come alive.

General Manager of Hilton Adelaide, Peer Norsell said the menu utilises a selection of local produce, cooked to perfection and matched with accompaniments.

“We don’t want people fighting over the last mouthful on Valentine’s Day, so this six course meal has been designed with two people in mind,” said Mr Norsell.

“It’s a romantic menu featuring delicate seafood, subtly smoked meat, fresh vegetables and fruits and of course, chocolate.”

“It wouldn’t be a Valentine’s Day menu without a decadent dessert – crème brulee, Haigh’s dark chocolate, honeycomb, raspberries and white chocolate makes for a stunning end to the meal.”

Dinner guests will be treated to a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, with each lady receiving a red rose to celebrate in style.

Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to end with dinner at The Brasserie, with The Collins Bar serving up its very best including French champagne, romantic cocktails and a wide range of spirits to please every guest.

“It’s set to be a beautiful weekend in Adelaide, and Hilton Adelaide together with The Collins Bar makes sure everything you need is at your fingertips,” said Mr Norsell.
