PickledPickled is a physical theatre work that explores the concept of self preservation. Pickled presents one performer trying to survive (with dignity) the accident which is waiting to happen, which in this case is many.

Pickled is the debut group devised solo performance by Chris Scherer and is directed and co-devised by Daisy Brown. Pickled is interactive, with an intimate audience of 20 people who become part of the cause and effect, enabling them to witness the direct consequences for the performer.

See Pickled at the THE TOOL SHED, a shipping container, customised for the work and located in Rymill Park, Adelaide. Audiences can expect to squirm with laughter and be heart-broken with empathy during Pickled.

Where: The Tool Shed, Rymill Park

When: February 23 – March 11

Bookings: $10-$15; www.adelaidefringe.com.au; 1300 FRINGE (374 643)
