Since Sushi Planet rolled (excuse the sushi pun) on to the Adelaide food scene, it has been impressing with its take on contemporary Japanese cuisine, and now they have a new Signature menu they want to share with you!

Kingfish Roll with Yuzu and Lime

They already specialise in making the freshest and most intricate sushi and Japanese charcoal (Yakitori) delivered in an unforgettable and holistic dining experience,  but they want to introduce something different with the addition to their existing menu.
Executive Chef, Bryan Castillo plays on textures, the use of unusual and different ingredients and interesting flavour combinations to produce what can only be described as ‘Japanese fusion’! Some of what you can expect includes Crispy Rice with Spicy Truffle Salmon, Tuna Toro Nigiri, Kingfish Roll with Yuzu and Lime, Snow Crab Roll with a Japanese Style Guacamole (who would have thought!) Tuna Toro Sashimi, Chilli Coriander Shrimp Bites and Crunchy Scallop Kataifi (Oh hi there Greece). Castillo really wants to get your tastebuds working with his interesting and clever additions of different techniques from other countries. He will have you visiting Japan, Mexico and Greece all at once, with his take on a usually Mexican Guacamole and the use of the Greek Kataifi pastry!
