She’s given an interview with Brands Exclusive’s monthly magazine The Exclusive in their June issue, and they’ve shared some of Teresa’s insights with us.

“Adelaide will always hold a huge part of my heart. It recharges my batteries. Plus, it has some of the most amazing beaches in the world,” she tells us.

Here, Teresa shares her favourite things to do in Adelaide!

New York Times has listed Adelaide as one of 52 places to visit in 2015 – are you surprised?

Not at all! Adelaide is a beautiful little city, expanding rapidly with amazing new things popping up all the time and it is a wonderful, family-orientated place.

What’s your favourite place to shop in Adelaide?

I love stumbling across new boutiques whenever I am back. I love Australian designers and supporting the industry. And now these days, I am often shopping for my son, and Seed have the cutest little outfits!

What’s your favourite place to get coffee?

I don’t drink coffee! But my husband does and enjoyed the coffee at PURE (Glenelg)

What’s the best place for brunch?

Hands down Bar 9 on Glen Osmond Road. The smashed avocado toast there is the best!

How about the best place for drinks?

There are so many cool little bars opening up. When I was home over the holidays, we went for Christmas drinks down Peel Street to Clever Little Tailor.

What’s your favourite place to dine?

I love Concubine on Gouger Street and you can’t go past Melt for delicious pizzas!

When is the best time of the year to visit?

Honestly, I love any chance I can get back to visit and for my son to spend time with his grandparents, auntie, uncles and cousins. Adelaide is pretty all year round, from leafy autumns to long hot summers!
