Get your booty in to high gear, get on your finest threads and head down to the Adelaide Hills for one heck of a spring event. On Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 October from 12 noon to 4.30pm, join Paracombe Wines for their Annual Spring Open Cellar Door Weekend, a glorious weekend of food and incredible Paracombe Wines.

This is your fabulous opportunity to try not only their new vintage releases, but also their hard to find wines. Enjoy delicious food prepared fresh in their kitchen. For a measly $30, you can get slow cooked beef ragu served with a potato gratin and seasonal roasted vegetables; succulent lemon and thyme infused chicken breast on a bed of seared asparagus, potatoes and provincial vegetables; or vegetarian spinach and fetta frittata served with a fresh greens.

With live music, art by local artist Kath O’Callaghan, stunning vistas over the winery garden and vineyard, and views to Mt Lofty, this will be well worth the short drive out there. Booking is essential though, as Paracombe’s events tend to sell out quickly!
