Sean’s Kitchen Steps Up Adelaide’s Food Scene

Hot on the heels of Jamie’s Italian opening on the corner of North Terrace and King William Road, Adelaide Casino has stepped up its game with the launch of Sean’s Kitchen.

Sean's KitchenThis month has been a fantastic one for the hospitality scene in Adelaide. New bars, restaurants and venues have been launching in and around the city just as we all exit our Winter hibernation.

Hot on the heels of Jamie’s Italian opening on the corner of North Terrace and King William Road, Adelaide Casino has stepped up its game with the launch of Sean’s Kitchen. Sean’s Kitchen is Chef Sean Connolly’s re-imaginging of a lost New York city scape, a forgotten time of meat packing and Wall Street glamour, when above all else, quality was the cornerstone of experience.

Previously “North” restaurant, the Sean’s Kitchen launch on Friday night revealed a stunning transformation of the heritage venue, which now offers a much more intimate dining offering. From the vintage lamp posts over the tables to the tiled walls and the museum of ham up one end, the restaurant just feels welcoming.
Upstairs has also undergone a major renovation, with a new broody New York style loft offering an even more intimate dining location or somewhere to enjoy some of the amazing drinks menu with friends.
The launch itself was one of the best Adelaide has seen. Ruinart champagne was free flowing all night while high end Australian gin Four Pillars & beautiful wines were also being enjoyed. Caviar was plentiful and guests were treated to an array of mouth watering delicacies from the talented team in the kitchen.
If you weren’t among the VIPs at the launch, don’t despair. Sean’s Kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7am, seven days a week with something on the menu for every budget.
