The South Australian Weightlifting Association (SAWLA) is holding the SAWLA February Open Competition (also qualifying event for Youth Oceania Championships) later this month.The competition is set to be big as its the last one before National Club Championships.
SAWLA an association dedicated to the promotion of olympic weightlifting in South Australia.
The lifts contested are the snatch and clean and jerk. Participants range from juniors to Masters.
They aim to promote the development of a healthy lifestyle, through being active.
The association welcomes anyone who is interested.
