Pork is definitely the flavour of the month and hey, we’re not complaining.
Press* Food and Wine are the latest to come out with a mouth-watering pork offering and it’s a tender, juicy suckling pig tasting menu.
Probably not for the faint hearted.
The tasting menu consists of four courses, starting with three share-style dishes, and the main attraction – *drum roll* the suckling pig – which comes out with all the trimmings like melt-in-your-mouth roast potatoes and cauliflower puree.
The cost for the suckling pig is nearly $1000 so it’s (seriously) recommended you bring at least 10 people along because there’s enough food to cater for that and it breaks the cost down to $92 a head which in the scheme of things is a fairly standard price for a four-course meal and night out.
Because of its popularity, Press* staff recommend booking one week ahead and will ask for your credit card details in advance to avoid cancellations.
