PR Rising Star Wins Industry Recognition

Since joining the national public relations, marketing and digital agency in 2010, Amber’s tenacity, diligence and determination has shone through. Last night she was recognised by her industry peers for her commitment to excellence in communications.

“Since graduating from Uni SA with a public relations degree in 2009, I’ve been passionate about working in the communications industry and have never stopped striving for knowledge and experience,” said Amber.

“I get such a thrill from generating outstanding results for my clients and knowing that I’m really making a difference to growing their reputations. And to be recognised by my industry peers for that work is a great bonus.”

Amber’s Best Emerging Practitioner of the Year award submission highlighted her work with long time communicate et al client the Women’s & Children’s Hospital Foundation, for whom she manages the media relations and communications projects such as a series of videos that have contributed to record breaking fundraising results.

Amber was also celebrated for her work supporting the inaugural Aussie Muscle Car Run, which generated unprecedented event participation and surpassed fundraising targets for the Leukaemia Foundation by 15 per cent.

“Amber demonstrated creativity and passion right from the start,” said Kate.

Amber will go on to compete at the national Golden Target Awards to be announced in Brisbane next month.
