Last night Adelaide’s uber-style set got together for the launch of the limited edition Collins Bar “Fashion Collection”. The Fashion Collection is a new range of divine cocktails from The Collins Bar in Victoria Square, which follows on from their hugely successful limited edition Martini range which ran over the Winter months. Co-designed by seven of Adelaide’s leading fashion designers, and Collins Bar mixologists, the cocktail range includes a diverse range of flavour sensations to suit a range of tastes.
Designers from Adelaide Fashion Festival and A Night of Fashion (consisting of Paolo Sebastian, Acler, TY-LR, Keepsake the Label, C/MEO Collective and Casper + Pearl) created cocktails that reflected their own personalities, tastes and collections.
