Australasian hospitality and entertainment heavyweight Amalgamated Holdings Limited (AHL) will host exclusive advance screenings of the new film Paddington at Event Cinemas Marion and Greater Union Arndale to raise money for Children’s Hospital Foundations Australia (Children’s Hospitals).

AHL Managing Director David Seargeant says the screenings are part of AHL’s commitment to giving back to the community.

“We are delighted to partner with Children’s Hospital Foundations Australia once again to raise money through charity screenings of this family film. AHL are proud to support Children’s Hospital Foundations Australia to continue their vital work to enhance the treatment of sick and injured children.”

The screening is a wonderful chance for Australian families to support our children’s hospitals right across the country by helping to raise much needed funds.

“Every seat sold helps touch the lives of the over 1.6 million sick children cared for by our Hospitals each year”, said Leanne Warner, Children’s Hospital Foundations Australia.

Adapted from Michael Bond’s beloved books and featuring Nicole Kidman and an all-star cast, Paddington follows the comic misadventures of a polite young bear with an endearing talent for chaos!

Tickets for Paddington are on sale now with ticket proceeds going directly to Children’s Hospital Foundations Australia. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased online at eventcinemas.com.au or at cinema box offices.

Paddington releases nationally in cinemas from December 11.
