Some ladies love AFL and some could care less… We’re probably more so the latter category but we LOVE when the city’s abuzz with atmosphere. And would you believe it the Crows have a bloody shot to take out the cup this year which is pretty exciting whether you follow footy or not. So, to celebrate and get amongst it all, we’ve teamed up with the legends at 2KW for their annual Frocks Over Footy Luncheon.
Wave goodbye as the boys head off to their footy bars or Grand Final BBQs and enjoy a glamorous long lunch designed just for you with breathtaking views of the Riverbank and Adelaide Oval. There will be special gin cocktails thanks to Adelaide Hills Distillery and a menu boasting food such as Seared South Australian king prawn with lemon grass, lime and coconut foam; Red Snapper ceviche with ras el hanout, tomato, pomegranate and green chilli; Pan fried gnocchi with parmesan mousse, prosciutto and spring vegetables; and our favourite French dessert Petite fours.
Needless to say you won’t miss the sausage sizzle.
With tickets only $99, they’re a steal. Plus… we’ll be there, which is reason enough in itself (lol).
