NOLA To Debut ‘The Beer Porter’ This Sunday

It’s a portable cold room, holding multiple kegs and is attached to a trailer. NOLA will toast their new invention with a Sunday street party this weekend.

Beer is a lazy drink. It’s best enjoyed sitting down or standing still, barely moving, distracted by sport or conversation with a short distance between you and your next drink. It’s even better if someone can bring that drink to you, tipping the pleasure vs. effort ratio heavily towards the former.

The boys from NOLA know this all too well, which is exactly why they’ve created gone out of their way to create Adelaide’s first ever mobile beer-bar; The Beer Porter. No more collecting your empties when you’re at an event – when you want a quality beer from an icy cold keg these guys have you sorted. The stylish trailer design masks a sophisticated mobile cold-storage unit, primed to keep beers fresh, cold and accessible across Adelaide.

Introducing The Beer Porter.

Introducing NOLA’s newest creation: The Beer Porter.

To celebrate this new gift to beer drinkers, NOLA Adelaide will team up with Pirate Life and Yoder Smoker this Sunday afternoon to convert the back entrance laneway to their bar (just off Rundle Street) into a dockland style Louisiana BBQ.

The launch will feature The Beer Porter pouring six Pirate Life beers, Art from Studio Chroma, Live Music live streamed by Soundpond, pop-up record store by Crackle and Pop Records, and a Louisiana style BBQ cooked fresh on a Yoder Smoker courtesy of Grillpro. Sounds like our kind of Sunday session.
