Adelaide brunch lovers can rejoice once again with The Cathedral Hotel opening the doors to a new cafe, The Good Samaritan Cafe & Bar.
The hotel has transformed its bistro into a funky and relaxed space, boasting a flexible menu and healthy options (including plenty of gluten-free and vegan dishes!). From the fitness fanatics to the uber chill, this cafe is sure to cater to all.
Located on the lower ground of the Cathedral Hotel, and sprawling out onto Kermode Street, The Good Samaritan offers a refreshing alternative outside of the (often) chaotic O’Connell and Melbourne Street districts. As an added bonus, its only a hop, skip and jump away from Adelaide Oval — perfect for summer cricket-goers.
With Head Chef Grant Schooling holding the reins, you can expect everything from freshly made salads, bagels, foccacias, smoothies and juices, to a Build your Own breakfast option. Supporting locals is also a passion for the cafe team, so expect to see products used from Fleurieu milk and Rio coffee.
So if you’re in or around the city this weekend, why not pop in to the The Good Samaritan Cafe & Bar to take the perfect #brunchgoals Instragram, and then of course pig out on some super healthy grub.
