It’s been a long year of Uncorked Fridays at the National Wine Centre. The fortnightly soiree’s have seen some pretty incredible wine names come through the old wine barrel, but when you have the largest open air wine cellar in the Southern Hemisphere, you’re used to these sorts of things we’re sure…
Still, there are some names which get us a little bit excited, and on Friday December 16 for the very last Uncorked of 2016, the National Wine Centre will welcome none other than French champagne label G.H.Mumm
The free event starts at 4:30pm, so why not pop down to the Centre for a drink to celebrate the festive season.
Enjoy champagne by the glass or bottle, with complimentary cheese platters and oysters provided. Serious foodies should have a closer look at the mains menu for Uncorked though – it’s absolutely cracking!
But here’s what we’re really keen on. On the evening you’ll also have the chance to try your hand at champagne sabering. BOOM!
There is no need to book for Uncorked, just turn up whenever your boss decides to let you free! Sounds pretty damn perfect to us! See you there!
