The 2014 TattsBet Adelaide Cup at Morphettville racecourse will be an exciting showcase of this season’s best trackside trends. Adelaide’s fashionable racegoers will come from far and wide in the hope of winning the Victoria Racing Club’s Myer Fashions on the Field SA State Final competition.
Newly announced Myer Ambassador, Kate Peck, will be heading up a very fashionable judging panel alongside renowned international Myer milliner, Lisa Tan, Racing Fashion enthusiast Angela Menz, Fashion Editor of the Adelaide Advertiser, Anna Vlach and the 2013 South Australian State Final winner Jennifer Marsh.
In addition, Channel 7’s TV personality, Amelia Mulcahy, will host the event and contestants will be judged on a set criterion, including overall style and originality of their racewear.
The Myer Fashions on the Field South Australian Women’s Racewear State Final winner will enjoy a ten-day trip of a lifetime to the 2014 Melbourne Cup Carnival valued at up to $10,000, as well as a $1,000 Myer shopping spree and a $700 Antler luggage pack.
The winner of the competition will go on to represent South Australia and compete against the state winners from VIC, NSW, QLD, WA , TAS and the People’s Choice Winner in the National Final of Myer Fashions on the Field at Flemington on Crown Oaks Day, Thursday 6th November, with the chance to win a share in prizes worth over $100,000 including a brand new Lexus.
