After welcoming more than 6000 women through the doors in 2016, Business Chicks annual expo ‘9 To Thrive’ is back in Melbourne and Sydney and it’s bigger and better than ever. We’re stoked be heading along this weekend and can’t wait to share with you all of the awesome-ness we experience along the way. Be sure to tune into @glamadelaide on Instagram and Twitter for all the latest, live and loud from Melbourne’s event this Friday 25 and Saturday 26th August. If you’re heading to Melbourne this weekend, there’s still time to get tickets too! If not, next week we’ll be bringing you all our takeaways from the event.
9 to Thrive is a two-day immersive experience made for anyone who wants to reach higher and kick some serious #lifegoals. 9 to Thrive is the one event in Australia were you can go to have your finances checked, have your nails done, look at a new car, sip on a wine, talk with a career coach, network with like-minded people and hear from some of the best creatives, entrepreneurs and thought leaders in Australia.
Well, the #businesschicks x #truveeau stage is set again and, if today is anything to go by, we're in for another cracker tomorrow. If you're wanting to come along tomorrow (and we hope you are!) there are still tickets available via the Business Chicks website – link in bio 👆👆Doors open at 10am and from then on we'll be joined by @tashsefton, @elle_ferguson, @kayla_itsines, @drlibby, @sallyobermeder, @threebirdsrenovations and so many more. Until then, we need some 😴😴 (ps. Incredible stage styling by @thethreepiecesuit)
This year’s speakers have a combined social media following of more than 14 million. They include entrepreneur Lana Hopkins, co-founder of Mon Purse, a luxury accessories line with an annual turnover of $10 million (and it’s only in its second year), funny woman Celeste Barber, whose celebrity dares on Instagram have earned her a following of 1.8 million and a ‘WhoHaha’ female comedy award. Speaking of influencers; fashion bloggers Tash Sefton & Elle Ferguson of They All Hate Us, beauty publisher, Eleanor Pendleton of Gritty Pretty, Elle Magazine editor, Justine Cullen, and Sophie Cachia of The Young Mummy blog will all be there to share their secrets to building a loyal following.
Fitness queen and local South Aussie, Kayla Itsines, will be taking to the stage to talk about how she grew her fitness guides into a $46 million global empire and her ‘Sweat’ app co-trainers, Kelsy Wells and Sjana Elise Earp will be joining her too.
Whether you’re feeling a bit lost on your career path, or absolutely love your job, there’s something for you at 9 to Thrive. This event is not just about work; it’s about how to get the most out of the life you’re living right now.
