In keeping with Lorna Jane Clarkson’s three-pillared MOVE NOURISH BELIEVE mantra, the Active Living Room brings Lorna Jane’s Active Living philosophy to life in one amazing location. A one-stop shop for the health conscious, Lorna Jane’s Active Living Room offers a ‘move’ studio with very affordable [$5] group fitness classes, nourishing treats and a Lorna Jane store packed with the latest activewear styles.

To celebrate the launch, free move classes will be offered on Friday 22 August, Saturday 23 August and Sunday 24 August. Guests will also be offered raw treats and Pressed Juices.

Adelaide based fitness sensation and Lorna Jane enthusiast, Kayla Itsines, will run 2 x 45 minute classes at the Active Living Room featuring her own Bikini Body workout on Saturday 23 August at 10:30am and Sunday 24 August at 12:30pm.

With capacity for 20 people per class, Active Living Room classes will be varied and mostly low impact strength and toning classes and yoga. The timetable will change each month as new classes are introduced such as LJ Physique [in October]. Launch classes kick off with both Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga and freestyle group fitness classes every Monday- Saturday.

Lorna Jane hopes to further extend the Active Living Room concept across Australia following strong demand. The Lorna Jane Active Living Room will be planning exciting monthly events with key foodies, inspirational motivators and fitness personalities.

Founder of Lorna Jane and Active Living Advocate, Lorna Jane Clarkson, said Adelaide was the perfect location for Australia’s second Active Living Room as women from South Australia are more focused than ever on improving their health.

“I hope the new Active Living Room encourages even more women to get active and realise how amazing they can feel by moving their bodies, nourishing from the inside out and believing in themselves,” she said.

“Today’s customers are looking for something other than a traditional shopping experience and our Active Living Rooms allow women to truly practise my Active Living philosophy in one great location.”
