Howard Vineyard’s beer and burger event is proving popular year after year. If your dad is the kind of guy who is into 8-hour smoked brisket or who would love to get his ‘chops’ around a pork belly, chorizo and prawn burger then this event is for him! Father’s Day will be a celebration of food, wine and the awesome Dads we’re so grateful to have in our lives. So on Sunday, September 3rd, Dad’s first drink is on Longview – either a glass of 2016 VISTA Shiraz/Barbera or their favourite craft beer, Vale Lager. And because it’s been so popular, our current Tapas menu will continue through September and for Father’s Day (house-smoked Pastrami anyone?!). After lunch, bring Dad over to their brand new Tasting Room. There’ll be some very tempting wine specials for him to stock his cellar with. Henschke x Hutton Vale Farm Spring Fling – It’s all about the great food, wine and good vibes. Kick back with dad and the Angas and Henschke families while soaking up the sunshine on big lounge chairs. There are also bar specials on offer, including a ‘sticky fingers share plate’ with every American BBQ staple. Celebrate with your dad at The Highway and his first beer will be on them!
