Live Fish debut project for StoNeRoSe Productions

AC ArtsStoNeRoSe Productions presents their Debut project “LIVE FISH” in the 2010 Adelaide Fringe Festival.

Live Fish is a self devised fusion of movement, text and music exploring just what goes on inside the human mind when we fall in love and all the juicy bits in between. Inspired by surrealist and modern artworks by artists Salvador Dali, Miro, Biskup and John John Jesse; Live Fish dives into the subconscious to reveal the inner workings of the mind in turmoil. In a world of reality versus fantasy, sanity versus insanity the performers explore the depths of human relationships; what it’s like to fall in love, how it affects us in crazy ways and the tumultuous journey we take to reach the realisation that some people should never have been together in the first place.

Directed by Tina Mitchell, who has just returned from New York where she worked extensively with Anne Bogart’s SITI Company, Tina mentored the Live Fish ensemble in the initial development period last year and now returns to direct the project for the Fringe 2010.

Recent ACARTS graduates Laura Brenko, Bianka Feo, Jordan Fraser-Trumble, Nick Kennett and Maddy Rose team up with Flinders Drama Centre graduate Rowan Hopkins to present a self-devised piece that utilises a unique method of story telling for theatre.
