SA Variety Bash Entrants, “The Pirates” Kathryn Casey, Gerry Manning and Leonie Hunt are hosting a 3 course dinner, with all net proceeds of ticket sales going to Variety, the children’s charity via Variety Bash Car 90 fundraising.
One of Adelaide’s original and best professional party bands, the Flaming Sambucas, will be playing a great mix of the classic party tunes from the past throughout the evening.
Adelaide Hills favourite, Wicks Estate Wines will accompany a scrumptious 3 course meal consisting of:
Entrée – Seafood Medley
- Poached King prawn, pickled bug tail and seared scallop
- artichoke puree, crisp pancetta, snow pea tendrils and preserved lemon oil
Main – Duo of Rack of lamb with mustard and parsley crust and Chicken breast filled with porcine mushroom roasted heirloom carrot, snow peas, fondant potato and rich red wine glaze.
Dessert – Medley
- Almond meringue tart
- Chocolate sable with berries
- Macadamia nut ice cream
- Raspberry coulis
Freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas and chocolate hearts.
