Larry Emdur Joins Forces With Celebrity Trainer To Transform Aussies’ Bodies

Has anyone else noticed how amazing Larry Emdur is looking these days… Surely it isn’t just us! Well the TV personality along with celebrity trainer Cameron Byrnes have announced their joint health and fitness venture so you can get as fit as he is

Larry Emdur and Cameron Byrnes have joined forces to create Australia’s most exciting online transformational 12 week Health and Fitness program, ‘If Not Now, When?’

Larry and Cameron’s ‘If Not Now, When?’ program was borne out of their partnership for the Men’s Health Celebrity Challenge, whereby Cameron motivated the television personality to transform his body and gain his health back, ultimately winning the 2015 title.

At the age of 50, Larry was the oldest Men’s Health cover star yet, and he lost almost 13 kilos in just 12 weeks.

Larry, who is an Australian television favourite and is the co-host of Channel 7’s ‘The Morning Show’, says, “Cameron is the best transformation specialist in the business. We worked hard, but for the first time I was working smart, not just going to the gym and wildly throwing stuff around. The gym sessions weren’t killers, the food was great and simple to manage, and the results came quickly.”

Continuing the momentum of their incredible success, Cameron and Larry have now joined forces to devise their online, 12 Week Healthy Lifestyle program, which incorporates both a nutritious eating and fitness plan.

Cameron is one of Australia’s leading personal fitness trainers and lifestyle experts, who has also transformed the bodies of celebrities such as former Spice Girl Mel B, radio personality Jackie O and entertainer Samantha Jade, he’s also a regular guest on Channel 7’s ‘Sunrise’ and ‘The Daily Edition’.

He says, “Our ‘If Not Now, When?’ program is designed to make you fitter, healthier and happier, and our main priority is to keep it as simple as possible for you to achieve. There are no fancy recipes and the food is not only affordable, but also easy to cook. We also have fitness plans that are tailored to every person’s needs, from beginners to more advanced levels.”

Together, Cameron and Larry are dedicated to empowering Australians to transform their shape and energy levels, and to promote a change in attitude towards health and wellbeing.

Larry says, “Cameron and I are so excited to make our program available to everyone, and we look forward to seeing the transformative results nationwide.”

The next online ‘If Not Now, When?’ program commences on September 14, which makes it the perfect Father’s Day gift.
